As the holidays and important times of the year approach, there's no better way than by lending a helping hand. Our client events provide the perfect opportunity to spread joy throughout the year.
Neighborhood House is pleased to offer Easter Baskets to families with children aged 2 to 18 years old who are registered with our organization. These festive baskets will be distributed to eligible children enrolled in our programs, adding a touch of joy and celebration to their Easter holiday.
Eligibility: Active Neighborhood House client families.
Neighborhood House's Thanksgiving Basket Program aims to spread joy during the holiday season by providing Thanksgiving meals to families in our community. This initiative ensures that families can come together and celebrate with a warm, nourishing feast, fostering a sense of togetherness and gratitude.

Neighborhood House partners with Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital in August to offer health assessments for students. These services include sports physicals, ensuring our young participants are ready and cleared for athletic activities at the beginning of the school year.
Eligibility: Active NH client families or receiving government assistance.
Neighborhood House's Giving Tree Program spreads holiday cheer by providing toys, gifts, and clothing to children aged 0 to 18 years old from our client families. This heartwarming initiative ensures that every child experiences the magic of the season, creating cherished memories and bringing joy during this special time of year.

In a joint effort with the Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan, each August Neighborhood House will equip students with essential school supplies, backpacks, and clothing for the upcoming academic year. We ensure learners are well-prepared for success in their educational journey.
Eligibility: Active NH client families or receiving government assistance.
Neighborhood House's Holiday Food Basket Program is dedicated to enhancing the holiday experience for our clients by providing them with all the components necessary for a delightful and nourishing holiday meal.
